Where will my chauffeur meet me at Logan?

Curbside at your terminal by default. Meet and greet inside at baggage claim is available when you book.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Is the price fixed?

How do I check or change my booking?

Open the tracking link in your confirmation email to see your status, accept your price, see your chauffeur's details, and on the day share your location. Changes and cancellations follow our cancellation policy.
