Is the price fixed?
Yes. You receive a confirmed price before you book, and that is the price you pay for the trip as booked.
Can I book a return trip?
Yes. Add the return time in your request and we quote both rides together. For long waits, hourly charter can work out better.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend at least 24 hours. For a same-day ride, call and we will check availability.
Are tolls and gratuity included?
Tolls, parking and gratuity are not included unless your quote says so. We tell you before you accept if tolls are likely on your route.
Can I add a stop on the way?
Yes. Add it in your inquiry, or request it later on your booking page. An extra stop fee applies, and you approve it before anything is added.
Do you pick up from South Station and Back Bay Station?
Yes. Add your train and arrival time in the notes so your chauffeur can plan the pickup.
Can I book a ride for someone else?
Yes. Add the rider's name and phone number in the notes, and we coordinate the pickup with them directly.
How do I pay?
