Can you decorate the car for a wedding?
Yes. Our Beacon Send-Off package includes a decorated vehicle and a red carpet arrival.
Can you handle a larger group?
Yes. For larger events we can keep a reserve vehicle on standby. Tell us your guest count when you request a quote.
Can I customize a package?
Yes. Pick the closest package and add what you need in the notes, or call and we will build one with you.
How far ahead should we book for a wedding or event?
As early as you can, especially for Saturdays and holiday weekends. Send an inquiry with your date and we will confirm availability.
What if the event runs late?
Ask your chauffeur or request more time on your booking page. Extra time is charged at the hourly rate, and only after you approve it.
Is gratuity included in the packages?
No. Packages include a licensed chauffeur and fuel; gratuity is not included.
Can you work with our wedding planner?
Yes. Add your planner's name and phone number in the notes, and we will confirm timings with them.
How many stops can we make?
Packages include multi-stop routing for your event. Tell us the venues in your inquiry and we plan the timing between them.
