What is the minimum booking?
Hourly charters have a 3-hour minimum.
Can I change stops during the booking?
Yes. Unlimited stops and wait time are included, so you can change the plan as you go.
What if I need more time?
Ask your chauffeur or tap "Need more time or another stop?" on your booking page. If the schedule allows, we extend at the same hourly rate, and nothing is added until you approve it on your phone.
What is included in the hourly rate?
Your chauffeur and vehicle for the booked hours, with unlimited stops and waiting in between. Tolls, parking and gratuity are extra unless your quote says otherwise.
When does the hourly time start?
Your quote shows the start and end time of your booking. Time is counted from your booked pickup time.
Can we travel outside Boston?
Yes. Tell us your plan when you send your inquiry. Longer trips outside the area are priced personally.
How many people fit in the car?
Our SUV seats up to 5 passengers with luggage and our sedan up to 3. For larger groups, tell us your numbers and we will arrange more than one vehicle.
How do I pay for an hourly charter?
After you accept your price you can pay online with the secure link, pay on the day, or, for companies, by monthly invoice.
